Please pray with us

Hello everyone,

As some of you may know, I went into early labor on Monday and the baby was pretty determined to enter the world. At this point, the baby is only 32 weeks and 3 days so the baby would have a great chance of survival but there would be some complications with the lungs and intestines. At this time, the doctors have stopped the labor and have sent me home on complete bedrest to at least have this baby wait until 34 weeks. Our ultimate goal is 36 weeks but only God knows what He has for the future.

We would ask that you please pray for our wee one. For his or her health, strength and continued growth. At this point every day counts toward our little one's growth and development so we are praying just one day at a time and not looking toward what tomorrow will bring.

Please also pray for Dylan and I that we will continue to draw on His strength and will grow closer together because this situation. Any mother would know that the thought of your unborn baby being born early and having to be left under the care of some one else has go home at night is a scary and heartbreaking thought but we know that God cares more than anything and we are relying on Him to bring forth the good out of this situation. Please pray that we will be a good testimony to others because of this situation - that we will have witnessing opportunities and that the Lord will provide all our tomorrows.
